These terms apply to the Wundau service on Apple and Android platforms, which is operated by Warm Byte, an independent developer based in Taiwan. By using Wundau you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Wundau lets people who care about one another show up each day and share optional notes, photos, voice messages, comments, reactions, challenges, and shared milestones within private circles. We may improve or change features over time.
Do not use Wundau to upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, disclose personal information you do not have permission to share, impersonate someone, harass or threaten others, promote hatred or self-harm, distribute sexual or violent content, send spam or scams, or otherwise harm others. You are responsible for the content you add and for how you use the service.
You can report another member or a content item in the app, and block a member within a circle. We review reports and may hide or remove content, limit features, or suspend an account when needed to enforce these terms or protect people and the service. Blocking hides authored optional content, including notes, comments, challenges, responses, and milestones, and stops direct invitations and related notifications between the two accounts in that circle; shared daily presence and puzzle progress remain.
On Apple platforms, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also governs the license to the app. These Wundau Terms govern the Wundau service, your content, conduct, and subscriptions. The applicable store terms control purchases and the app license if there is a conflict.
You can stop using Wundau at any time, export your data, and permanently delete your account from the My screen. Deleting the account does not cancel an active store subscription; cancel it in the store first or you may continue to be charged.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other people or the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data. We may also change, limit, or withdraw features, and if we discontinue Wundau we will give reasonable notice so you can export your memories before it closes.
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Wundau is not an emergency, medical, or safety-monitoring service and must not be relied on as one. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to Wundau is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taiwan Taipei District Court is agreed as the court of first instance for disputes arising from them. If you use Wundau as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live, or any right you have under that law to bring proceedings there.

本條款適用於 Apple 與 Android 平台上的 Wundau 服務，由位於台灣的獨立開發者 Warm Byte 營運。使用 Wundau 即表示你同意本條款；若不同意，請不要使用 App。
Wundau 讓在意彼此的人每天「出現」，並可在私人圈子中選擇分享文字、照片、語音留言、留言、 表情回應、挑戰與共享紀念日。我們可能持續改善或調整功能。
不得利用 Wundau 上傳違法內容、侵害他人權利、公開未經允許分享的個人資料、冒充他人、 騷擾或威脅他人、宣揚仇恨或自我傷害、散布性或暴力內容、發送垃圾訊息或詐騙內容，或以其他方式 傷害他人。你應對自己加入的內容與使用本服務的方式負責。
你可以在 App 內檢舉其他成員或內容，也能在圈子中封鎖成員。我們會處理檢舉，並可為執行本條款、 保護使用者與服務而隱藏或移除內容、限制功能或停用帳號。封鎖後，雙方在該圈加入的選填內容， 包括文字、留言、挑戰、回應與紀念日，會互相隱藏；定向邀請與相關通知也會停止。共同拼圖中的 每日「出現」與拼圖進度仍會保留。
在 Apple 平台上，Apple 的標準授權應用程式使用者授權協議也適用於 App 授權；本 Wundau 條款則規範 Wundau 服務、你的內容與行為及訂閱。若有衝突，購買與 App 授權以適用的商店條款為準。
你可隨時停止使用、匯出資料，並從「我的」永久刪除帳號。刪除帳號不會自動取消商店訂閱； 請先至商店取消，否則仍可能被收費。
若帳號違反本條款或法律，或危及他人與服務運作，我們可暫停或關閉該帳號；在合理可行的情況下 會先通知你，並給你匯出資料的機會。我們也可能調整、限制或停止部分功能；若要終止 Wundau 服務，會以合理期間預先通知，讓你在關閉前匯出回憶。
在法律允許範圍內，本服務依現況提供。Wundau 不是緊急、醫療或安全監控服務，不應依賴其處理 此類需求。在法律允許範圍內，我們不負間接或衍生損害責任；就與 Wundau 有關的任何請求，我們的 責任總額以你在請求發生前十二個月內為本服務支付予我們的金額為上限。依法不得限制的責任 （包括你依消費者保護法令享有的權利）不受本條限制。
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，並合意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。你若以 消費者身分使用 Wundau，本條不影響你居住地強制性消費者保護法令的保障，也不影響你依該法令 在當地起訴的權利。
